Working out ?

Question

Will anyone be working out during pregnancy ? I still want to work out like I used to . 
What are some benefits of exercise during pregnancy?
And what are some pregnancy safe workouts?

You should definitely exercise just listen to your body and don't push yourself. I'm a personal trainer and I was not able to exercise with my first pregnancy to save my life, I was so sick all 9 months and it totally sucked. I'm hoping this time will be different 🤞

I’m trying to! But I’m so exhausted 😩 I’ve been lifting weights and using the elliptical. If I don’t feel like going to the gym, I’ve been doing fitness videos at home

Definitely planning to have a fit pregnancy this go 'round. Lifting weights and running. Exercise is great while pregnant. You'll have more energy and fewer symptoms. And obviously wont gain as much unneccessary weight. Dont go running any marathons or anything but dokt be afraid to break a sweat

Yes, I'm keeping up crossfit 5-6 days a week.

I will be! I’m currently using a workout program on the playbook app with Ashley nowe. It’s called strong like a mother and her workouts are more specifically for postpartum as theyre pelvic floor and diastasis recti safe, but the same pretty much applies to pregnancy. Another awesome workout program is the BIRTHFIT prenatal program. It’s a little spendy but totally worth it.
