Working out

What kind of workouts is everyone doing? I feel fat and know I can’t do certain workouts but I need to stay fit. I’m 14w+2 days and have gained about 4-5lbs thus far. I ride my horses daily but that’s not much of a cardio bc I’m an avid equestrian so it takes me about 45min of cardio intervals w my horse to get my HR up. I’ll keep riding till I can’t physically do it aka bigger bump (none so far) but would also like to do some other workouts at home. Thoughts? Pic of us last week . And yes, gyno said it’s fine, just don’t overdue it and listen to your body so that’s what I’m doing :)
