Tissue in Pee help!

Hello. I’m 19 years old. About a year ago I had white tissue every time I pee. It would sit at the bottom of the toilet. I went for a gyno check up and told her and she said if I ended up having symptoms of a uti to let her know (I never did). Also I was never sexually active. So here I am another 6 months later and still have this every time I pee.

I recently got an IUD because I have recently became sexually active. Now that I’ve been spotty from the IUD the tissue turned red.

does anyone know what this is???:(
