I had a serious problem. I Knocked on my hall directors door; seeing that she lives in the dorm hall. She mentioned at the end of our convo to not knock on her door ,only email her because " this is where she lives "... Like no shit ! We all live here, But I guess it was such a problem that a friend got back to me saying how she heard her going on to anyone who would listen, about me knocking on her door. Now I have a problem bacuse she is the person were suppose to come to about problems. Hall directors characteristics Intel being supportive in many ways, great communication skills because their jobs are largely a social aspact. As well a solving problem that helps us to manage crises. I find that to be a problem because from this day forward I wouldn't come to her if my life depended on it, and as of right now it truly dose. There clearly is not an unwritten rule that we can't knock on her door seeing that she lives in our building

Just to make sure you get it; I knocked on her door because I had a problem and now she’s upset with me for knocking on her door.

Sounds crazy right? were in University for crying out loud and we have grade 6+ problems

But nonetheless it is a problem..

I have a meeting with her superior about my original problem but also about my experience with my director, and want to make sure I don't sound crazy for being just as upset ?

Please help.
