Another question

So I got 4 positive pregnancy tests. 3 faint lines, 1 digital. Went to the doctors to confirm and urine test was negative. They did a blood test and said I should get the results back by Monday. Is it possible my positives were all false? I’m not supposed to have my period until this Sunday. Could it be just because I’m too early?

I also peed first thing this morning a little before my appointment (7:30) and my doctors appointment was at 10 am. I’m kind of freaking out so any advice is appreciated. Attached is my positive digital & my faint line.
