Wait... Baby butt or Braxton Hicks?

My stomach will push out into a big lump like this all day long (and usually at the same time a smaller/harder lump pushes out my right side where his feet are. All this time I thought it was baby’s bottom & feet... but I saw someone say these are actually Braxton Hicks? All this time I thought that I’ve never had a Braxton Hick because I thought it was supposed to feel like all over tightening? So confused 🥴

If you apply a small amount of pressure to the bump and it moves/gives in then it’s your baby’s bum - if it stays very hard and goes away after 30 seconds or so, then it’s BH contractions.

I had this yesterday at my doctor appointment, it was baby's bum pushing out on one side and his legs on the other.

My belly gets like that whenever I have Braxton Hicks. It looks more normal the rest of the time. I get a lump at the front left and one at the very right.
