Iv been having cramps abit like period cramps which I got with my daughter but also getting all sorts of random pains all over my tummy and in my sides also back ache too! I thought I was suffering from a UTI as I’m prone but doctor confirmed the other day that this is all just hormones not an infection but I’m still worried I have an infection or something is wrong? Iv been feeling sick too but obviously that’s normal but slightly worried about it all!

Anyone got anything similar is this my body stretching?
