Can u have itchiness with out having cholestasis ?

I’ve been itchy lately I told my DR about it to see if I can take Benadryl or something. But instead she wanted to rule out cholestasis so I got blood drawn. She was in a hurry so I couldn’t ask much. Now I’m scared. Is it possible to just be itchy without having cholestasis?

I was super itchy and didn’t have it. Doctor said hormones dry out the skin and it’s super normal.

Yes! My doctor gave me bloodwork to rule it out. The results came out to be perfect, but I’m still itching a lot. She told me to take Benadryl at night
