Premature ovulation IVF??

Question

Egg retrieval is scheduled for Monday (3 days away)
Today I noticed egg white CM, I also feel like my cramping and bloating has gotten worse. I'm on cetrotide to stop ovulation. Is it possible to still ovulate through the meds?

I just finished my first IVF cycle and had the SAME concerns. I was freaking OUT! 
High levels of estrogen cause EWCM and if you’re close to retrieval your estrogen is REALLY high. Tell your doctor anyway! Along with ultrasounds he/she can run bloodwork too to check your LH and progesterone levels to ensure they’re in non-ovulatory ranges! I was doing bloodwork and ultrasound every other day leading up to ER for about a week. Best of luck and positive vibes everything works out well for you!!! 😊💛

Thanks to all for the responses. And to Maddy and Alexandra I am so sorry that happened. IVF is truly so unpredictable, and only since starting have I truly understood this. I met with my Dr today for a scan and to voice my concerns. All seem to be hanging on. He said it's pretty common to "feel" like that and didn't seem too concerned. I hope he's right also trying to be positive 🍀

It’s highly unlikely, and the hormones affect things like ewcm. I wouldn’t worry!!

I had tons of discharge before my egg retrieval. It’s normal and you should, as your estrogen gets really high

I was 2 days on cetrotide and started noticing all my usual ovulation signs. The doctor tested my blood and it showed that I’d had the LH surge. They rushed me the trigger shot and I went in the next day (Christmas Day!) to have retrieval. I’d already ovulated the lead follicle, but they collected the 2 other eggs. This was a bit unusual- I literally couldn’t wait till the next month, as I was travelling out the country and with my age every month counts. So, it’s possible, but it had never happened to me before and caught everyone off guard. Most likely you’ll be fine, though!!

Yes, I ovulated before my retrieval two rounds back to back😓 I'd certainly express your concerns to your doctor.  I don't feel like I was stern enough with mine. I hope it's not happening!!  (On round 2 I doubled up with meds to stop the ovulation, but it still happened). I'm sure I'm rare though.
