I had a UTI on August 8th & October 1st and now I think I’m getting another.

The first question is always frequency of sex, my boyfriend and I are long distance at the moment, I used to live with him and we would have sex at least every other day and I didn’t have any issues. Now I see him around once a month and have sex maybe 4 times if I’m lucky,

I pee immediately after and keep myself clean, change underwear and such, but it seems like anytime I have sex I’m guaranteed to get a UTI. If anyone has advice or has experienced this please share! I’m desperate to know why this is happening.
