Big brother ideas

What's a good big brother gift to give to a future big brother? We are due in exactly 3 weeks and some days with our 2nd baby, we want to make our 6yr old part of every thing and thought it would be good idea to give him a big brother gift when he visits sister at the hospital but I'm having a hard time deciding what to give him.. any ideas? What did you give the big brother?
