How to know if your baby swallowed/Aspirated water when taking a bath HELP!

I just have my 2 week old a bath 40 mins ago. He has spit up what looked like milk twice since having his bath. I usually give him a bath with my husband. Now I’m freaking out like is he ok. I am so worried. 😢 what should I be looking for? Agh I’m stressing out.

* I never heard him choke on the water and was pretty careful when rising him off but I’m a FTM and just stressed out and worried. Prob for nothing but still.
