Help?

So I sorta started my period like 10 days early which seems normal bc I’ve been getting it for less than a year but the discharge is really brown. I’m not even exaggerating, when I first saw it I thought I shit myself. I really don’t want to go to the doctor bc that’s really expensive and my family can’t really afford that rn but do I need to??
