Acne and breastfeeding
I exclusively pump - my daughter is 10 weeks old and recently I introduced a bottle of formula at bedtime so I can have a break. Well since then my face is breaking out. Small and cystic acne. Not sure if it’s related to reducing my milk production or just pp hormones. Any tips for the cystic bumps? 😓
