Hi ladies I’ve been bleeding for two days it’s not heavy mild cramping I’m 4 weeks and 3 days could this be a miscarriage I took a test and it was negative not sure what to think

If you had a positive test, and now it’s negative, it’s most likely a chemical pregnancy. You can have your doctor check your hcg, but it’s early on so there is nothing they can do. I’ve had two chemicals, and it ended up just like a regular period, maybe slightly heavier bleeding.

When did you get the positive test? If the test is negative now then probably chemical pregnancy...
