First of all, did y'all know you're supposed to toss pacifiers after a month/4 weeks??? Just bought some new ones and noticed this bit of information. News to me. Secondly, have you all switched to 6+ month pacis yet? I'm just now getting around to it and surprised at how much bigger the nipple is.
