Help..?

Ive been in a huge pregnancy scare and I just got off what I think is a period.

The blood was bright red mixed with dark red. There were clots and it lasted 5 days and one day of brown spotting. The flow was id say medium. I usally have very heavy periods but i was very stressed for a whole month!

Was this my actual period or could it have been early pregnancy bleeding?

Im such a nervous person. Can I consider my pregnancy scare over? Please help. Was this my actual period? Or could it be pregnancy bleeding..
