BD advice please 😖

Ex husband and I have been separated for 6 months now and I am really struggling to get him to be responsible for his son as to daycare expenses his half to be paid and child support he is late for everything even to pick up his son he wont answer the phone to talk to me at all only text and very rarely what do I do.??
