I know they don’t count when dry but...

The first one is within time frame. I swear I see something. The second one is about a half hour later as it’s starting to dry but Im sure I see it on that one and I know it doesn’t count after time frame but do you see it? Since I think I can see it on both maybe it counts... lol I’m desperate here. 🤦‍♀️
