Pregnant 3 weeks after miscarriage?

My twins passed at 7.5 weeks but I didn’t miscarry until 12.5 weeks. I started bleeding on September 26th and bled very lightly for 6 days, after that I haven’t bled at all. Yesterday was 3 weeks since the first day of my miscarriage. I took a pregnancy test 4 days ago and it was negative (I wanted to make sure my HCG was gone). I believe I ovulated October 9th or 10th. Which would put me at 8 or 9 DPO today and I took another test that was positive. My last pregnancy I got my first faint positive at 9 DPO and the past few days I’ve had the same symptoms that I did in my 2 week wait as last time. Gonna take another test on Sunday morning. What do you guys think?
