PCOS?! Do I actually have it?

Has anyone ever gotten diagnosed with PCOS but have completely regular and normal periods?! Doctor diagnosed me with pcos but I have regular and not painful periods. I know that’s not the only sign but I want to know if I’m the only one out there that has perfectly regular periods, but PCOS because I only see people with painful and irregular period having PCOS. Ps did you have trouble conceiving with regular periods?! I’m concerned about getting pregnant now. 😢 I guess my only sign that I have it was the string of pearls on one ovary and a higher than normal ratio between FH and LSH
