Testosterone levels ?

Hey guys, 
My doc just went over my lab work and my testosterone was 60 but my thyroid was in normal ranges. Any thoughts on this? She’s leaning towards pcos but she doesn’t know because of my thyroid levels. She’s referring me to obgyn so they can do a little more and going to do an ultrasound to see for fibroids. But now my anxiety is through the roof. Any thought would be great thank you.

My period is currently 98 days late, I had an appointment, which went terrible, bad doctors just judged me because I'm young and ttc, but my testosterone was at 69, and she was supposed to do an ultrasound to look more into it, but all she said was "because of the levels you may have PCOS, But we are gonna give you birth control so you can have time to have a baby and then in 6 months we can check you for PCOS" I left and will never go back, have another appointment at a different doctor Wednesday, but idk if what she said was true or what, like about the PCOS but I'm in the same boat and it suckssss!!
