First round Femara success!

Hey ladies! I’m hoping to see who has had a successful round of Femara/Letrozole the first go around? Do we have a good shot? I am diagnosed with PCOS and hubs has good swimmers!

Also, I received my trigger shot yesterday at 8:30 AM.

We BD at 11:30 pm last night, again late afternoon today. We plan to BD tomorrow and Sunday as well. Are we doing the timed intercourse correctly? Doc said between 20 and 30 hours after the shot but we could only make it work to do 15 hours and 32 hours after shot.

Any help or guidance is very appreciated!!
