Anyone else have super picky toddlers??

My LO eats like a champ one week and is super picky the next. I’ll put some chicken in front of her one day for dinner and she won’t even try one bite and put the same kind of chicken in front of her two days later and she’ll say yummm and chow down 😂 my rule is to make her normal snacks and meals throughout the day and if she doesn’t want them I don’t force it, some days she barely eats and the next she’ll eat everything all day. She eats what we eat for dinner and if she doesn’t want it I don’t give her anything else, but I offer her a PB n J before bedtime. I continue to offer the same foods even if she’s turned her nose up at it because it really varies from one week to the next. As a doctor told my mom “they’ll eat when they’re hungry”. I know it’s hard though wanting to make sure your LO is eating enough. The ups and downs of toddler hood 🎉😅 good luck mama! 💕

My daughter eats ok except veggies are a real struggle. The past few weeks she also barely ate dinner. Luckily that seems to be getting better. I think all you can do is continue to offer healthy balanced foods. 
A couple other things we’ve tried...having her help make the food, having her help scoop the food on the plate (she can help control the amount), and giving her choices (do you want carrots or cucumber).

My daughter typically eats pretty well...but a lot of lunches and dinners end up being pb&j with one of those pouches that have purée veggies
