Should I be concerned ? 36 weeks BP

My bp tonight is 146/88
Second reading 128/84
I have some blurry vision but I think it could be from watching a movie in the dark?

Second reading looks good. Normally they worry if BP if systolic is greater than 140 and diastolic is greater than 90. With two consecutive readings that high 4hrs apart.

I’m in OB screening right now for an elevated BP. 156/81 last night. Woke up this AM with a slight headache went in and BP is 144/87. They are testing my urine and blood for pre eclampsia. They also said if even my slight headache doesn’t go away with the Tylenol they just gave me baby will be delivered today (36W2D). My blood pressure is now down to 123/82. I would go get checked out just to be safe.

Should I be concerned ? 36 weeks BP
