Hey everyone ive been having a terrible issue with my hair! 
My hair is terribly thin and i am very self conscious about it 😥
Any advice or shampoo anyone can reccomend? I really want to get thicker hair 🤧🤧💔

He girl! I know EXACTLY how you feel. This happened to me several times and I was able to grow my hair back. 
I like to use a number of oils and mix them together (just dint apply too much if your hair is clean. Very little on the scalp so it doesn’t appear greasy and some on the ends) you’ll need avocado oil, tea tree oil, castor oil, black seed oil and coconut oil. I make it into a serum and girl, its done WONDERS! Another hack is make a gel out of flax seeds. Boil the flax til it turn into a gel and then drain it. Rub it into your scalp and ends. Just don’t add too much. I generally do this twice a week depending how much I wash my hair and it works like a charm. I have seriously seen results within the first couple of days. My hair finally stopped falling out. Another thing I’d do it take biotin pills with the max dosage. I prefer the pills to gummies because they’re more effective. Also, make sure you’re diet is in check. I lost my hair a lot of the time due to being anemic. Hope these tips help you out
