Anyone feeling dizzy like they are going to fall over ... I feel so dizzy that I can’t even keep my balance

I feel this way too... it doesn’t happen all the time but it definitely comes in waves.. 
my doctor told me my blood work is normal so this could just be normal dizziness in pregnancy since our blood pressure constantly changes

Yes, my doctor said it’s because baby is most likely sitting on my aorta causing a shortage of blood flow. She said if this happens try moving positions, aka walking instead of sitting, or sitting instead of walking, or getting down on all fours and rocking back and forth to try to move him. It happens multiple times a day to me. I try to do all of those and keep my water count up. You’ve got this Mama!

How is your blood pressure?

I am anemic and have low blood pressure. I feel this way sometimes too. I also feel this way when I am hungry, guessing my blood sugar drops.

You should tell your doctor asap. 
I was but turns out I was severely anemic, which I was but not severely.
