Found this sperm donor. Learned he is a cop. For some reason I feel like it is weird talking with a cop about him donating as if it is something illegal

um...thats like saying a lawyer or doctor or any other career is “weird” for donating sperm. 🙄 It’s not at all.

Not sure how it’s strange? It’s his job. Nothing else. Nothing illegal. Your judging an occupation not the genetics which is what MAKES the child.

I understand that it is just an occupation. He is just as human as any of us.
Finding a sperm donor not by a sperm bank feels wrong. Even though I know its not illegal by any means. I guess it just makes me feel uneasy as if he trying to catch me in some type of lie. Either way we didnt go with him as our donor. I know it was a stupid question to even ask.
Thought I should clarify my question/feelings.
