How husbands act

Does anyone else's husband not quite get how hard it is when you don't conceive? We've been trying for about 5 months and I just found out I have a anatomical weird uterus and haven't had a chance to hear the full results of all my tests. I talk with my husband about it but he's still in the mind frame of it'll happen when it happens. I have moved to the what if I'm infertile stage and I'm wondering if anyone else understands how I feel?

We currently haven't reviled anything to friends or family and so I'm feeling alone right now. He is trying to be positive but I'm feeling more down about my ability to actually conceive. I'm slowly feeling more and more hopeless for our case specifically.
