Progesterone pills

Me and my husband are currently trying to conceive our 3rd. I quickly conceived with both of my previous, first took 4 months, 2nd just one month. We’ve been trying for this one for about 5 months now. My periods were irregular so my doctor had me take 10 days of progesterone increasing pills. I had a normal 5 day period after I completed and now we are currently trying again! Has anyone taken that medication and then got pregnant soon after?? It’s been about 3 weeks since my period ended, and I am having symptoms of something! Cramping, sore boobs, etc..
