Delivered 3 days ago.

I went into labor and delivered my beautiful baby girl 3 days ago. She had to be transferred to a different hospital to be put into the NICU 24 hours after birth. They discharged me so i could go with her. They said i was doing good even though I was preclamptic after labor. They gave me some stuff to look out for and told me if I have any symptoms to go to the ER. Right now I'm just having really bad back pain and chest pain which isnt one of the symptoms. Should I still go to the ER?
