Just found cyst growing out of urethra

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I just noticed something red sticking out of my urethra when I went to pee. I swear it was not here yesterday. It's a cyst with blood and pus visible on the tip of it growing out of my urethra. It's about the size of the tip my pinkie, and I have no idea what to do, or if this is dangerous.
