Trying to conceive while taking pregnitude ?

Hey glow family I was wondering should I just stop trying ? I didn’t test on the 16th of October due to me rushing out early and forgot to but I did test throughout the week and I have been doing the do . Me taking these ovulation test I feel as though on the 18th it looks a little close to being a LH surge but I know you guys are going to say all are negative . On my other period calendars some say I ovulated on the 18th some say 19th or 20th . I don’t want to give up just I need a little hope !
