4 months old has a flu

What can I do to help him feel better? He is exclusively breastfed. He is chocking on it and breathing badly. I try to suck it out but leaves him chocking like crazy before it comes out. He is not sleeping well due to this. Help please. What else can I do?

update: Thanks guys. Unfortunately it is a weekend and doctor's office is close until Monday. So have no diagnosis or any medical advice. I will go on monday but I would like to help sooth him in the mean time. Hospitals take only emergency scenarios.

2nd update:thanks guys, we slept much better with all the tricks and advice. Can definitely say he is getting better and might be completely well in 1-2 days. Thanks for helping me through my first "sick phase" with him.
