Leaking Question
I’m 4 days postpartum.
Talk to me about leaking and “nipple health”.
Like, I should probably not wear the same shirt for more than a day right? Is one shirt fine all day! My nursing take absorbs it into a pad well so it doesn’t bother me or feel wet to me. But is it bad to have moisture in there all day??
Should I be using my disposable nipple pads instead?
Any advice welcome!
