Miscarriage scare?

I just found out I’m pregnant a few days ago by home pregnancy test. So this morning I went pee and when I went to wipe I cut myself and the toilet paper had super bright red blood, it was a decent amount. I instantly assumed I’m having a miscarriage. But as the hours have gone by I see no more blood but the cut just stings really bad. So could it be the beginning of a miscarriage or has anyone ever experienced a lot of blood from a cut?

I panicked last week because I had a small cut down there and when I wiped I assumed the same thing as you. Since the cut healed I have not had anymore blood. I honestly think the cut was from wiping excessively to check for blood because of my history. I hope everything goes well with your pregnancy and that you have a healthy baby.

That is normal to get a little spotting but not bleeding like crazy

Totally normal, same happened to me in my previous pregnancy and I thought I was miscarrying as well but nope it just happens
