Can Braxton-Hicks feel like diarrhea cramps?

Has anyone experienced Braxton Hicks that feel like diarrhea cramps?? I have been getting these pains that come and go. They make me feel like I need to poo but nothing happens when I try to go. When I get these pains my belly is rock hard, and when the pain goes away my belly is relaxed.  For reference I am 31 weeks today.

Did you end up finding out what these cramps were? I’m currently having them and am 14 weeks pregnant

Braxton hicks are not painful, they only cause the belly to get hard, once u change the position they should go away, unlike contractions, which are painful and will not go away with changing your position

Well I know when I was in actual labor at 39 weeks I had contractions and they felt like horrible period cramps but also made me feel like I need to poop really bad!! I stayed in the toilet for like two hours before i went to the hospital and was told I was in labor lol. So I’m sure Braxton Hicks could have the same effect
