Tips?
I’m 14, 5’5 and I weigh 185😭 I’ve been doing intermittent fasting (my doctor knows) and exercising at least an hour a day 5 or 6 days a week. My BMI is 30 and I’m considered “overweight “ my self esteem is super super low and I’m very insecure about my weight and body in general. My family isn’t the healthiest 🤦🏽♀️ so I don’t get many fruits and veggies. It’s been a month and I’ve only lost 2 or 3 pounds 😭 I eat under and sometimes around 1,000 calories a day. any tips?☹️
