My partner and I used a condom AND he pulled out before ejaculation. (We filled the condom with water afterwards to check for any tears or holes and there was NONE) but I was ovulating, could I get pregnant?

I just stopped the birth control pill a month ago because I’ve tried 4 different brands and they all gave me awful side effects.

Should I be worried ? Or is a condom with pull out method safe ?
