Missed period/ spotting

Hi so I missed my period in September (I’m not in a relationship) and my cycle is pretty much consistent however I did miss my cycle in April but it came on time in May June July and August. I don’t know what is going on. Now I’m spotting, I was spotting early in October and all of a sudden I’m spotting again. I’m worried!
