I guess i need medication for ny Pcos😔to get pregnant

Taking me 5 months to conceive, i tried before and nothing i found out i have pcos this year maybe i had it for awhile who knows... its not my husband either its me😔💔 im not even overweight yeah i gained a few pounds but im 25 and 135 pounds. Why ://// cant i have a baby naturally.... why do i needd medication,.🖤💔💔..
