Help! Frequent urination!

I’m not pregnant. I’ve had a period last month and have not had sex this month.

I’ve drank a whole can of coke today and a whole glass of orange juice.

But I’ve peed a total of 3 times in 3 hours. Which is uncommon for me. Where my urethra is I can feel a dull ache, BUT it does NOT burn or hurt when I pee so I’m confused!

I’ve not been feeling well for 5ish days on and off, feverish with no fever, chills, nausea, and just overall feeling yucky.

Anyone know what this could be? Help plz!
