Help!

I started my period on the 8th and bled for five days straight. Well here we are today and I am bleeding lightly. Clear discharge with blood in it. I am experiencing a lot of clear discharge with blood tinges. What could it possibly be? My period always falls on the 8th or the 11th of every month! Thanks
