Need advice - please answer

Haven’t had my period since September 7th. Periods semi irregular. Has a blood test on the 9th.m - came back less than 5 hcg. Was having a lot of weird symptoms I never experienced the week before that. Still no period but mild cramping and starting yesterday light pink - almost can’t see it discharge when I wipe. Put a tampon un thinking might be getting my period but nothing. Took the tampon out - brown and super light pink just on the top of it. But barely anything. Did i ovulate super late and am pregnant now or is this a super weird faint period? I’m soooo confused. Never had this before.
