I’ve been having moderate cramps for 6 hours and started spotting. I called the doctor and he said not to go to ED because I’m only 4 weeks 2 days and I could have late implantation. I just went to the bathroom and passed a small clot. Is this miscarrying, normal, implantation? When I wipe it’s just light pink
