I went to my obgyn yesterday and had a transvaginal ultrasound at 11:30a. Everything looked great. I measured at 6+3 (which is about a week smaller based on my last period), and had a strong heartbeat. By 8p I had some light cramping and thought nothing of it. Around 430a I woke up with terrible cramping and some light bleeding that has continued throughout the day. I called the on call Dr and they said if the bleeding got worse to go to the ER and that the office would call me back to schedule another ultrasound on Monday. I'm worried that I'm going to have another miscarriage, my first one was a silent miscarriage so I have no idea about bleeding during pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced this? I just don't want another miscarriage, we've been trying for so long and everything looked good yesterday.
