Increase breast milk supply?? Lactation cookies?

What is your experience with Lactation cookies or any lactation recipes/remedies to increase your supply? I’m trying to put at least a month or two worth of breast milk away.

Drink water, eat enough calories and stimulate breasts with pump every 2 hours! There is no magical one size fits all solution to increasing supply other than demanding it more! Two months is a huge feat! Start with small goals first so you don’t lose momentum! Baby will need around 24-32 oz per day!

I made my own! With brewers yeast, flax seed,  rolled oats and a bunch of other good stuff. You can look up tons of recipes and they are safe for other people too my husband always ate mine 🤣. I had a pretty good supply so I'm not sure if they really helped or not. Just make sure you're drinking a gallon of water a day, atleast 2500 calories, and nursing as often as possible. Power aid and Gatorade were my milk magic! I would drink one and produce sooo much!! Everyone is different though. I also heard body armour is great for supply but never really helped mine. Hope this helps 😊
