Weight gain

Ok so lately I’ve gained a lot of weight, I actually am at my heaviest now and I can also feel it. I don’t feel comfortable anymore, my clothes don’t look right, so it feels like I’m overdoing it everytime. I really need to lose weight or I feel like this will lead me to depression. Any tips? Weight loss journey to share?
