Can I fly??

I just peed on a stick two days ago and I got a nice big fat YOU PREGNANT GIRL 2-3 weeks. 
I know these things are not perfect and accurate.  I knoowwww. But I literally have had this trip booked for 8 months. And no I haven't been to the doctor yet because I just did the test. 
And I fly out tomorrow morning. I don't wanna cancel and lose $1100 worth of vacation. BUT is it SAFE?
