What do you use when you cut yourself downstairs?

I recently like earlier today, wiped myself and I accidentally cut myself. It is an annoying pain, no blood. I realize how sensitive the vaginal area is to medicines and creams so what do you use when you cut yourself to prevent getting an infection in the cut? And to keep it clean?

I dont want any infections down there whether it's from the cut or yeast. I'm very picky and paranoid about my vagina.

I wipe well and I use baby wipes.
